Description
Digital transformation is a process of rethinking the business model in the face of digital technologies. Innovation is no longer an option, it has become a matter of survival. The rapid advance of Artificial Intelligence, and the central role it tends to occupy in business, brings numerous challenges that go far beyond technology itself.
The Data Transformation, Strategy and Governance course is the third of 4 modules of the I2AI Analytics Foundations Certificate, a certification to enable leaders to create winning strategies for Digital Transformation, understand the value of Data in the New Economy, and have the resources to innovate with the new technologies. Each module lasts 4 hours. In this module you will understand the essence of transforming data into strategic knowledge, learn how mathematics and statistics powered by information technology allow you to transform data into valuable information. In this module, each step of thinking about data transformation, from its collection, structuring, processing, synthesis and structuring to the delivery of actionable information is discussed in a structured approach followed by practical examples. Frameworks for risk assessment, value identification, purchase / development decisions and transformation of information requirements into business requirements are presented. The module ends with a brief reflection on data governance
The modules can be done individually.
Although we talk a lot about technology, our courses are not technical. The aim is to give knowledge to business managers to be able to create the best strategy and to know how to extract value from all their digital assets, since data is the new oil!

É Doutor em Gestão da Inovação e Mestre em Redes Bayesianas (abordagem de IA) pela FEA-USP. É pós-graduado em Administração pela FGV e graduado em Engenharia Mecânica pela Unicamp.
